McKenzie Health to Host Open House for New Pediatric Therapy Clinic and Sensory Gym Sponsored by Chord Energy

Watford City, North Dakota-McKenzie Health is excited to announce an upcoming Open House for its newly expanded Pediatric Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy Clinic, featuring a special check presentation from Chord Energy, whose generous support helped bring the Clinic’s new Fun Factory Sensory Gym to life!

The event will be held on Thursday, July 17 at Noon CT at the McKenzie Health Pediatric Therapy Clinic, located at 509 16th St NE, Suite 3 in Watford City, ND. Community members, families, and supporters are invited to tour the facility, meet the therapy team, and learn more about how the clinic is helping children thrive.

A highlight of the event will be a check presentation from Chord Energy, recognizing their vital sponsorship of the Fun Factory Sensory Gym—an interactive and engaging space designed to support children with a variety of needs.

Sensory processing plays a crucial role in pediatric therapy, as it impacts a child’s ability to learn, interact, and navigate everyday tasks. The new sensory gym provides targeted tools and activities that allow therapists to implement sensory integration therapy—helping young patients improve focus, motor skills, emotional regulation, and social interactions.
