Is a referral needed for orthopedic services?
How long is a person usually in a cast for?
A cast can be in place for 4-6 weeks depending upon the injury and healing progression.
If I have surgery in Watford City, can I have a follow-up appointment in Williston?
If a patient has surgery in Watford City, yes, they can follow up at any of our satellite locations unless otherwise specified by Dr. Joshi.
My daughter tripped at school and hurt her ankle. Should I bring her in to see you for x-rays?
With any injury call the clinic, and we will get x-rays ordered. If the patient thinks the injury is serious, report to the Emergency Department. Then tell the staff to refer you to McKenzie County Healthcare Williston office at 701-609-5527.
