Dr. John Ludlow Brings Expertise, Experience in Urology to McKenzie Health Since Joining Last Fall
Watford City, ND—McKenzie Health is delighted to officially welcome Dr. John Ludlow, who joined the team last fall, to its reputable roster of healthcare professionals. Since his arrival, Dr. Ludlow has already made a significant impact in Urology, demonstrating his commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Dr. Ludlow, a graduate of University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, brings more than 33 years of experience to McKenzie Health. As a key member of the urology team, he specializes in treating conditions such as urinary calculi and incontinence, while also performing advanced procedures, including urethral and bladder endoscopy.
Additionally, Dr. Ludlow was instrumental in ushering in advanced robotic services, like Aquablation – the first of its kind in North Dakota, which will be deployed this week. Importantly, Dr. Ludlow is an excellent resource for men’s health issues stating that, “Many times urologic issues men experience are indicators of other health concerns occurring simultaneously.”
“We are thrilled to have Dr. John Ludlow as part of the McKenzie Health team,” said Pete Edis, CEO of McKenzie Health. “Dr. Ludlow has already begun making a profound impact on the quality of care we provide. His specialized skills greatly enhance our services and reaffirm our commitment to delivering comprehensive healthcare to our patients.”
In addition to providing exceptional care to his patients, Dr. Ludlow has also contributed to the field of urology through 19 published works in medical journals. His research highlights his dedication to advancing urological care and improving outcomes for patients, further establishing him as a leader in the field.
“I am honored to be part of the McKenzie Health family,” said Dr. Ludlow. “The past few months have been incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to serve this wonderful community.”
Dr. Ludlow and his wife, Barbara, have three children—one son and two daughters, ages 11, 14, and 15. Outside of his medical practice, he enjoys hiking, exercising, and actively participating in his children’s lives, including attending their sports events.
