Former ANOVA Location Purchased by McKenzie Health – Now McKenzie Health Center 

Watford City—In April 2023, the McKenzie Health Board of Directors voted to purchase the former ANOVA Family Clinic. The location is close to McKenzie Health’s main campus and is fully outfitted, allowing the organization to seamlessly increase its capacity to serve patients. As the result of growth over the last fifteen months or so, McKenzie Health identified a need for the additional space in order to fulfill its mission of providing for the community’s medical needs, right here, close to home. The McKenzie Health Center will officially open on Wednesday, July 5, with a focus on women’s health, obstetrics, and pediatrics.

Pete Edis, CEO of McKenzie Health, said, “We are excited with the new space, which will allow us to expand our capacity to treat patients in the areas of women’s health, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, and women’s focused physical therapy. This move will also free up clinic space at the main campus, providing opportunity for growth in family medicine, general surgery, internal medicine, orthopedics, otolaryngology (ENT) and potentially, other medical services.”

Appointments at the new location will begin on July 5. If you have scheduled appointments with Dr. Yolanda Newton, OBGYN, or Dr. Vincent Adjetey, Pediatrician, July 5 or after, you and/or your child will be seen at the McKenzie Health Center – 301 12th St SE, Watford City. Appointments can be made by calling 701-444-2235.
