Our Philosophy

McKenzie Health is a facility supported by the Christian churches in our community. We are committed to excellence and service in a person-centered environment that respects the human life of all, regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, disability, pregnancy, sex and/or marital status.

We provide 24-hour medical care and services. We have a fully qualified staff available providing nursing care, social services, physical therapy, laundry, housekeeping, beautician services, and activity programs. Our professional nursing staff provides compassionate, loving care. Skilled care has 35 different levels of care. Each resident’s level of care is set by Department of Human Services in Bismarck, ND. This level of care is determined by information sent to them by our Minimum Data Set Team at the nursing home. This team consists of several department managers. They send information to Department of Human Services on the physical, social, and mental condition of the resident to establish the resident’s level of care.
