Accepted forms of payment include, cash, check and credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express). Online payment is available. You will need your account number which can be found at the top of the billing statement, below the amount due.

Tenants
RENT PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH.
For online rent payments: “Renter’s Invoice Number” as the month and year of the rent payment.
Example: if the rent being paid is for December 22 the invoice date would be 1222, January 23 the invoice number would be 0123.
