Dr. Maria Marchenko, DIRECTOR OF PEDIATRICS
Dr. Marchenko is the Director of Pediatrics at McKenzie County Healthcare Systems. She brings more than 30 years of medical experience to the position, including 18 years in Pediatrics and four years in Pediatric Critical Care.
Dr. Vincent Adjetey, PEDIATRICIAN
Dr. Adjetey has 25 years of experience, including two years as a general physician in Ghana, 19 years as an OBGYN in the United Kingdom and Ghana and four years as a Pediatrician in the U.S.

- Wellness visits, health checks, and immunizations;
- Sick and acute illness visits;
- Treatment for common chronic health issues in children like asthma and allergies, stomach problems, skin problems like eczema, and more;
- Basic or initial care for mental health issues like attention and learning problems (ADHD), autism, anxiety, and depression;
- Evaluations and referrals to specialists or physicians, including orthopedic and sports medicine services or services outside of MCHS facilities;
- Evaluations for trauma and minor injuries in children;
- Emergency/Urgent Care and hospital admission; and
- Newborn care.
